Westcon-Comstor appoints new Cisco security presales consultant

Lukhanyo Zahela takes on the role of Cisco security presales consultant.

Comstor, a division of Westcon-Comstor Southern Africa, is pleased to announce it has appointed Lukhanyo Zahela in the position of Cisco security presales consultant.

Zahela joins the company from his position as a solutions architect in the presales team at Dimension Data, where he has held a number of diverse positions since 2006.

"I have approximately 10 years' experience in IT and in that time, I have completed projects for several reputable South African companies. In 2012, I completed a CCNP international certificate and have been working in a Cisco environment for the duration of my career. I was given a position in the presales team recently and am really enjoying the challenge and am looking forward to gaining more experience in this field," says Zahela.

In addition to a Cisco Certified Networking Professional certificate, Zahela has also achieved a Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) certificate in 2007 and a CCNA Security certificate in 2014. In his previous position, Zahela provided technical and business expertise as well as in-depth knowledge of new advances in networking and security technologies.
